| Product Introduction: Hydroxypropyl Cellulose(HEC) is a non-toxic water soluble polymer which can be widely used in the fields such as: construction painting, petroleum, pharmacy, daily chemicals, etc. HEC has fine functions of thickening, adhesion, emulsifying, dispersing, stabilizing, water retention so as to form film and offer protective colloid effect. It can be easily dissolved in cold and hot water and can provide a wide range of solution viscosity. HEC, taking the high purity of Hydroxypropyl Cellulose as the main raw material, is prepared by special etherification process under alkaline condition. The whole process is proceeded and completed under GMP condition and automated monitoring. It does not contain any animal organs and grease and other active ingredients. Main Applications: 1. Water Latex Coating: HEC as the protection film can be used in the emulsion polymerization with vinyl acetate. It can enhance the polymerization system’s stability in a wide range of PH value. In the manufacturing process, using the paint, fillers and other additives to achieve even dispersion, stability and thickening effect. 2. Can be used as dispersion agent for Styrene, Acrylic Ester, Acrylonitrile, etc. suspension polymer. 3. Petroleum Drilling: in drilling, completion, cementing and fracturing, etc. Operations, HEC can used as thickener, making the mud have a better mobility and stability. HEC can increase the mud-carrying capability and prevent the big amount of water from the mud into the oil reservoir so as to stablize the oil reservoir’s production capability. 4. Construction: Due to its strong water retention ability, HEC is an effective thickener and adhesion for cement and mortar. When mixing HEC with mortar, it can improve the mobility and workability performance and the evaporation time of water can be extended and increase the concrete preliminary strength and avoid crack. When used HEC in the Plastering Gypsum, Bonded Gypsum, Gypsum Putty, it can greatly raise the water retention and adhesion strength. 5. Tooth Paste: due to its strong anti-salt and anti-acid ability, HEC can ensure the tooth paste stability and increase mouthfeel. Furthermore, the tooth paste is not susceptible to get dried because of HEC’s strong water retention and emulcifying ability. 6. In Water Ink: HEC can make the ink dry and fast permeation, in addition, HEC can be used in textile printing & dyeing, paper making, daily chemicals, etc. Product Safety: This product is safe and non-toxic, can be used as food additive, no calorie, no bigger irritation than the Wheat Starch, nor allergic reaction, is genericly safe. Avoid touching fire source, esp. in a sealed environment should avoid forming into large amount of dirt to prevent from the danger of explosion.
