 (1) First, coated kaolin and titanate coupling agent were put into high-speed heating mixer for modification. After being completely injected, the high shear emulsifying machine is started to make the modified kaolin and lignocellulose compound 20min. Then the asphalt emulsion is injected into the slurry, and the 5min is mixed into the filter bag. The composite slurry is poured into the filter bag, and the water is removed by using a dehydrator, and then granulated by a granulator. 。


(7) The formed particles are baked for 5H in 601-2 type electrothermal constant temperature drying oven at 125 degrees Celsius. After removing moisture, the samples of granular fibers are taken out.
