Handow Chemical (Henan) Co., Ltd, was registered in Puyang Industrial Park, Henan Province, in March 2020. It is currently the only company in China that develops and produces styrene-acrylic & styrene-butadiene emulsion powder. This company is the creator of domestic special polymer emulsions and latex powder. With the world's leading R&D team and production technology, from polymer emulsion to redispersible powder, it provides polymer powder for new-type, environmentally friendly and efficient dry-mixed mortar building materials field.  The total investment of the project is 580 million RMB, covering an area of 27,000 square meters. The project is constructed in two phases: The first phase invests 250 million RMB, mainly to build production lines and supporting facilities with an annual output of 40,000 tons of health and environmental protection special polymer emulsions and 20,000 tons of multifunctional redispersible polymer powders; The second phase will invest 330 million RMB to build production lines and supporting facilities with an annual output of 10,000 tons of acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive and 60,000 tons of acrylic emulsion. After it is fully completed, the annual output value will be more than 2 billion RMB and the tax will be 120 million RMB.  Handow Chemical is expected to be completed and put into production in August this year.
