| According to the "Method for Testing the Strength of Cement Mortar (ISO Method)" (GB/T 17671-1999). Cellulose ether and cement are first fully mixed in the sample bag according to the prescribed poly-ash ratio. After adding the prescribed quality water into the mortar mixer, the dry powder is poured into the mixer. The mixer is started immediately. The mixer is stirred slowly for 60 seconds, then stopped for 15 seconds for cleaning, and finally stirred quickly for 60 seconds. The cement paste after mixing is loaded into a prism test model of 40 mm x 40 mm x 160 mm. Vibrating on the shaking table for 60 times, the cement paste is put into the environment with temperature of 20 degrees Celsius and humidity of 95% for 24 hours before demoulding. Then the cement paste is sealed and maintained at 20 degrees Celsius until the prescribed age to test the flexural strength and compressive strength. |
